PDP Review 3


PDP Review 3.

What goals or targets you've achieved so far.
  • Become physically ft.
What worked well?
I think setting the goal "becoming physically fit" has really helped me this year, because I was finding it hard to perform my daily tasks and to concentrate on my course work. By going to the gym for 2 hours a day freshens up my brain and allows me to think more clearly.
What worked less well?
I had a good start towards this goal but most of the times I looked for an excuse to not to go to the gym or participate in a physical activity. Also, when I used to exercise in the gym I used to really push my body to the limit, which resulted in pain and mussel tares.
What you'd do differently next time?
In the future I need to make sure that will make sure that I make smarter targets for what I need to do little by little to achieve the overall goal. My overall approach to a goal like "becoming physically fit" needs to be more ambitious then realistic because in the future this will stop me from over thinking things. Also in the future I will adapt a soft skill which will involve me reviewing my PDP consistently to keep track of where I am.       
What you're going to do next?
Next I am going to try to finish all my work and aim for distinction.
