Thanks Zaka. A good start on your PDP. Interesting that you've used the word "you" in the targets on your PDP. The targets should relate to you so I'd expect to see "I" or "me". You need now to put your plan into action and provide evidence of achieving your SMART targets (you could link this evidence to your blog). We'll review your PDP from time to time to reflect on your progress and, perhaps, set new goals and targets as you achieve your goals.
Thanks for making the changes Zaka. It now meets the pass criteria for the task. Remember to log your progress on your goals as fully as you can and provide evidence.
Please don't lose sight of the fact that, for pass, you need to show evidence of following you PDP. Post on your homepage, each week, to describe:
What you've achieved (links to evidence if poss) What worked well What worked less well What you'd do differently next time What you're going to do next.
If you're not able to provide stronger evidence of your following your PDP, provide stronger descriptions of your following your PDP. Try this
What you've achieved (links to evidence if poss) What worked well What worked less well What you'd do differently next time What you're going to do next.
An advantage of this approach is that it also leads into D2 "review your progress on a PDP identifying areas of improvement".
