Active Engagement, in Interpersonal Communication, for example is more to do with being an active listener than the way you describe it. Please revise and resubmit.

Your text could offer more guidance - what is "alliteration" for example.

I can't award P2, "EXPLAIN" principles of effective communication" on the strength of this work. You need to provide EXPLANATIONS of the principles. At present these sparse bulleted statements don't give sufficient information.
Describe the principle more fully and give an example of how it could be put into practice.

Please provide further evidence of your use of proof reading tools and also "before and after" screenshots showing evidence of improvements to SPG and layout of your documents. Of course, these sorts of improvements should also be evident in your final work.
